Who we are
EasyClinic is clinic management software provided by Hypernerve Labs. Clinics (“customers”) use it to manage test bookings, sample collection, reports, doctor appointments and prescriptions for their patients.
Data clinics and patients give us
Account details (name, email, phone, address), booking details, uploaded prescriptions and reports, consultation notes, prescriptions and payment records. Each clinic’s data is kept separate and is visible only to that clinic’s authorised users and to the patient it concerns.
How the data is used
Only to provide the service: managing bookings, delivering reports, sending notifications and keeping records. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Clinic responsibility
The clinic is responsible for the medical information it records and for obtaining patient consent where required by law. Hypernerve Labs processes this data on the clinic’s behalf.
Security & retention
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, files are kept outside the public web folder, and access is limited by role. Data is kept while the clinic account is active, and deleted on request after the clinic account is closed, unless the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Patients can ask their clinic to correct or delete their data. Clinics can contact us at the email below.
